All the ingredients for a foodie’s holiday

A “WHO’S WHO” of celebrated chefs is taking to the high seas to whip up some culinary magic on ships. The luxury line Silversea Cruises is seeking to lure serious foodies to 14 culinary voyages taking place from this month until February 2011.

Some of the world’s most renowned chefs will share their secrets with connoisseurs of fine food through cooking demonstrations. The line-up includes Swiss-born Anton Mosimann, Norway’s Eyvind Hellstrom, Britain’s Luke Matthews and George Francisco, the chef at Jonah’s on Sydney’s Whale Beach.
