Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the  Wounded Warrior Benefit Cruises. Your organization will receive a minimum of $125 for every cabin sale generated by your efforts to donate to the Wounded Warrior non-profit support entity of your choice.

We have developed a web site that promotes all three cruises yet can be tailored to provide your organization’s message detailing your involvement in the benefit cruises. It’s a turn-key fund-raiser: You simply promote this web site.

There are three levels of sponsorship that range from no-cost to a moderate cost for sponsoring organizations and their local business co-sponsors. Here’s how you can help: pick one of the sponsorship levels below and find support in your local business community. Then contact Group Cruises Unlimited and we will set up your cruise web site landing page and flyer(s); we will also provide sample posters, web site banners, ads and newsletter articles.

There is no contract for you to sign or monetary commitment to make. You will receive a letter from Group Cruises Unlimited detailing the donation your non-profit organization will receive so that you may, in turn, donate it to the Wounded Warrior charity of your choice.

Please note that the promotional methods listed within each sponsorship level are examples only.  We’re certain that your organization can come up with more creative ways to promote the cruises.

Bronze Level Sponsor

At this no-cost level a non-profit entity or business supports one or more of the benefit cruises by promoting it with such activities as:

  • An article on their website or newsletter
  • A text or banner link to their organization’s landing page on the cruise website that promotes their organization’s unique sign-up form. Check out this example landing page.
  • An email bast to their membership promoting their participation in the cruises
  • Facebook or other social media
  • Press Release to show organizational involvement and promote sales
  • Pro bono advertising in local media
  • Host an organizational Cruise Information Night
  • Informal word-of-mouth promotion by organization members

Silver Level Sponsor

This is a low-cost level of sponsorship with the non-profit organization and local business co-sponsor may do any or all of the Bronze Level example activities or one or more of the low cost activities cited below to support the cruises:

  • Purchase printing for and distribute business cards that promote the cruise. Some Internet sites will print the cards for free and only charge for shipping.
  • Purchase cruise posters or table tents for display at offices and storefronts.
  • Purchase signage for display at organizational or business facilities.
  • Send a letter or postcard mailing to membership or customers.
  • Print and distribute flyers.  See example.
  • Purchase door hangers and distribute.
  • Purchase advertising in local newspapers or community newsletters.

Gold Level Sponsor

This is a higher cost level of sponsorship where the non-profit organization and local business co-sponsor may do any or all of the Bronze or Silver Level example activities and purchase cruise berths to support the cruises:

  • Purchase Ocean View stateroom for two and raffle off and donate proceeds.
  • Purchase a stateroom for a wounded warrior that your organization supports through your mentor program
  • Purchase stateroom as an employee performance incentive or promotion for a local business or service organization volunteer recognition
